As you are aware from the letter sent out, Dr. Ayers is retiring on June 30, 2024.
Unfortunately there is no replacement available for him and it is strongly recommended that you find a new family physician as soon as possible. Additionally, follow-up will not be available on any investigations that are completed after June 30, 2024. Therefore, it is recommended that any investigation results be forwarded to your new family physician. If you do not yet have a new family physician, please complete any investigations well in advance of June 30, 2024 to ensure that Dr. Ayers is able to provide follow-up.
